I don't sleep enough as it is, and to have gone two straight nights with very little sleep made me grateful that I can go to bed early tonight and sleep for at least seven hours.

I'm grateful for the capacity for self-reflection. I had a big "aha" about having disowned a part of myself when I was young because I didn't want to grow up to be like my mother. My 10-year-old mind rejected a lot more than I had intended. I suspect that this simple awareness will allow me to reown aspects of me that I want back.
