1) A new client at work. He has already lost 75 pounds and still weighs 295 and wants to lose more. He's a nice, highly-motivated guy.
2) The geckos out on my deck -- such cool little creatures.
3) Working out today -- I miss the work when I miss a few days. I hit a personal best on bench press today, which is always good motivation.
