1) After a rough weekend, I got up, went to work, trained clients, then had a good workout -- it was nice to be back at work.
2) Speaking of workouts, bench press has always been my weakest lift. Until a couple of weeks ago, I had never done 225 for 4 sets of 8 reps. Today, I did 235 for 4 x 8 -- it's good to feel strong.
3) Two regular clients who have been off for a while are back this week -- it's good to see them again.
