1) I had a good workout today, and that always makes me feel better. It gives me good energy for the rest of the day.
2) It looks like I'll be doing a 5 day "Zen and IFS Therapy retreat: Understanding and Harmony for our Inner World" next month at Tassajara. This will be my "summer vacation," and it will be nice to combine a vacation with some personal growth.
3) Work is still light, and as much as that sucks financially, it's good for me psychologically. Soon, everyone will be back in town and I'll be busy again, but for now, this is good.
