This looks like a fan vid, but it's pretty good. You can hear in Cash's voice that he wasn't healthy in this cover of the Depeche Mode classic, but he still is interesting. His last several albums with producer Rick Rubin were among the best and most personal (even though he did mostly covers) of his career. His cover of NIN's Hurt is considered one of his finest efforts in the last period of his life.
