Offering multiple perspectives from many fields of human inquiry that may move all of us toward a more integrated understanding of who we are as conscious beings.
Cool! Having read your blog for awhile, I think you'd enjoy Ajahn Brahm's perspective. He comes from the Forest Way style of Buddhism in the tradition of AJahn Chah. They both bring great humor and lightness to this often daunting study of the mind . . .
I have always been drawn more to Tibetan Buddhism but there is a very cool directness in the Forest Way teachings that jibes . . .
If you want, you can find more lectures and guided meditations from Ajahn Brahm at http://www.bswa.org/
Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. I enjoyed Anjahn Brahm's sense of humor and down-to-earthness. I have liked what i've read of Ajahn Chah, as well.
I, too, am more drawn toward Tibetan Buddhism, but I do like the Forest Way teachers -- they have some quality that I cannot name, but really like.
