Gratitude 7/24/07

We had a fierce storm this afternoon -- HEAVY rain, serious winds. I couldn't even go out on my deck because the rain was coming down so hard, and so horizontal. The power was out for about two hours, which was quite nice. I did some reading, sat on the cushion a bit, and enjoyed the quiet.

I am so grateful for this little storm.
