“Not Ready to Make Nice,” Dixie Chicks
Album of the Year
“Taking the Long Way,” Dixie Chicks
Song of the Year
“Not Ready to Make Nice,” Martie Maguire, Natalie Maines, Emily Robison and Dan Wilson (Dixie Chicks)
New Artist
Carrie Underwood
Pop Vocal Album
“Continuum," John Mayer
Rock Album
“Stadium Arcadium,” Red Hot Chili Peppers
R&B Album
“The Breakthrough,” Mary J. Blige
Rap Album
“Release Therapy,” Ludacris
Country Album
“Taking the Long Way,” Dixie Chicks

MSNBC, among others, has the story from last night.

In case you've been living under a rock for the last year and missed this song, here is The Dixie Chicks with "Not Ready to Make Nice," their response to the controversy that almost destroyed their careers.
