Dietary cholesterol is not bound to blood cholesterol. Check http://stronglifts.com/the-truth-on-high-cholesterol-levels-egg-consumption/

Hi Medhi,

I've actually been preaching that gospel for a long time. I was more concerned about the seemingly high levels of saturated fats in some of those recipes, and saturated fat does increase cholesterol.
