"Meditation in Everyday Life" is an online course about how shamatha-vipashyana practice can become part of our daily life. Training in shamatha-vipashyana, or mindfulness-awareness, reveals our innate stability, strength, and clarity; we can apply these qualities to the challenges we face every day in our personal relations and our work. This course provides introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation so that it becomes a 24-hours a day practice, rather than being confined to when we are sitting on a cushion in a shrine room.
Acharya Jenny Warwick will teach the classes, via an online connection. Olive Colón will facilitate the discussions.
