Take the Profit Out of Health Insurance

This is the only solution to our health care problems here. ALL of the successful health care programs in other countries have non-profit insurance, many of which are private companies (200 of them in Germany). The French and German models might not appeal to insurance companies, but it will take the red-tape out of health care and still allow doctors to make a good enough living.
