Shambhala Sun - Polly Young-Eisendrath on Mindfulness, Love and Relationship
Very cool - big fan of Polly Young-Eisendrath, so this was great to listen to. This is also some very practical information for people in relationship who want to be healthier in how they relate to their partner.
