This very cool video was sent to me by my online friend Sarah Luczaj, who has the wonderful blog, Psychology, Philosophy and Real Life.

This is a video I (Chewyguru) directed for spoken word artist Mipham (Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Chogyam Trungpa's son).

Mipham records albums, runs marathons and just happens to be a Tibetan Buddhist Lama.
