This is geared toward bodybuilding style workouts, which I don't advocate, but for those who train that way this is useful.

He's dead on -- "Also, interestingly, both the network marketing scams and Big Mind® espouse the same idea that this stuff used to take a lot of time, effort and energy, but now a new technique has been developed that'll give you the same effect right away without all the muss and fuss.
