Hi I had uncontrollable Asthma - the type with 4 inhailers and myself turning blue. I was only drinking 2 gallons of milk per day. Once I stopped, I didn't need the inhailers anymore. Haven't had trouble breathing and haven't had an asthma attack. Too bad there isn't any real reasearch on this - but I guess the problem is linked to who provides the money for research.
ReplyDeleteHi Tracy,
ReplyDeleteThere actually is quite a bit of research on milk as the source of allergies and asthma -- and many natural type folks say we shouldn't drink milk at all after we are through nursing. I have no problem with milk, but I know many others who do. It's usually one of the two things naturopathic doctors eliminate from the diet when working with those health issues -- the other is gluten. (And there is a lot of emerging evidence that soy is pretty nasty, too.)
Peace,
Bill
