The Internet Archive has audio files of a commentary by Ven. Geshe Ngawang Dakpa on a book written by His Holiness, Key to the Middle Way. This site is a great resource for lectures by Buddhist teachers on all manner of topics.

Here is the text about the files:
Key to the Middle Way: Commentary on a Text by His Holiness Dalai Lama

Homage to the perfection of wisdom

His Holiness Dalai Lama wrote this insightful text on emptiness, specifically for a western audience. Many of us do not have the time to do extensive study on the very subtle and profound meaning of emptiness or selflessness. Yet with our analytical background, the subject matter is of interest to those who are exploring the Buddha's teachings. With acute precision, His Holiness imparts many insights into the nature of emptiness. Ven. Geshe Ngawang Dakpa presents a wonderful commentary helping us comprehend this important philosophical text.

The lectures are given in Tibetan and translated into English and Chinese. Please note that the translations have not been checked.

For further information, please visit Tse Chen Ling Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies at www.tsechenling.org.

Geshe Dakpa is following the text of Key to the Middle Way by His Holiness Dalai Lama, translated by Jeffrey Hopkins, published by Snow Lion Publications in The Buddhism of Tibet.

There are several individual files (or you can listen to it via stream, I think). It'a about 50 minutes long.
