Gratitude

Today I am grateful for cloudy skies and for the briefest moment of rain that disturbed the dust on my car.

    Today I am grateful for Los Angeles. And how neighborhoods open up if you explore them on foot rather than drive by.

    I'm grateful for being alive, it really is a wonderful world in spite of all the injustices we as ordinary people can't change.
