It was a phenomenal performance.

A year or two ago at the Tour de France, Tyler Hamilton rode nearly the entire tour with a broken collarbone after a crash in an early stage. And he still finished in 3rd or 4th place. An amazing ride that most healthy athletes will never achieve.

It's stuff like this that makes me love sports.

Peace,
Billwilliam harrymanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06981478282688361274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13617569.post-1153745950593015332006-07-24T05:59:00.000-07:002006-07-24T05:59:00.000-07:00These are great stories Bill. Jordan was down with a nasty flu, and yet he played in the game (which, if I recall correctly, was almost a must-win; it wasn't like a "Bulls are up 3-0 game"). That was the most inspiring thing I've ever watched. He proceeded to light up the court, and in the 4th quarter, after a time out was called, Scottie Pippen had to help carry him to the bench he was so exhausted. But he came back out and continued scoring and playing his trademark phenomenal defense. I'm in awe just thinking back on it.Mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17934386917419130389noreply@blogger.com
